Founder

Kelly Liu, Founder and Director of Spedding Finance has a passion for helping her clients get results and achieve their dreams.

Kelly has 15 years of working experience in Australia big 4 bank Westpac , she worked in different areas such as Credit, Business Lending, Residential Lending, Project Management , Wealth management & Client Services etc. Kelly has gained extensive experience and in-depth knowledge in all aspects of finance.

Kelly has industry qualifications including Bachelor of Finance(B Fin), Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Brokering Management (Dip FMBM), Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. Kelly is an accredited Finance Broker and full member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia(MFAA). Her qualifications give you the assurance her recommendations are dependable and stable.Kelly has a strong drive to service her client relationships with high value, solutions based lending. A very composed, intelligent individual with a lot of energy to get matters done quickly and thoroughly helps her to be a beneficial advisor to her clients. Not to mention her research abilities, intuitive and out-of-the-box thinking for unique alternatives has been the strongest characteristic that is leveraged to identify the most suitable lenders and products for any difficult circumstance.
